As registered Agent commercials you do not pay us a penny for our services, we are paid by the Immobilier that we work with so you pay exactly the same immobilier fees as you would pay if you walked into our office from the street.
All inclusive price
The price of a property on The French Property People website includes all fees.
A TFPP property price consists of:
| Net purchase price of property | |
| Notaire's fees (incl. government taxes) | |
| Immobilier fees (inc TVA) |
The price you see is the price you pay
There is nothing more to add except the cost of insurance for your house which is a legal requirement from the day you become the new owner,( you can arrange this yourself if you wish but we are more than happy to arrange this for you)
We believe this is the best way to advertise our house prices as you are fully aware exactly what you will be expected to pay from the start with no hidden surprises, there is absolutely no reason not to advertise the total price and caution should be exercised when an agent doesn't .
You should always check with any agent exactly what the final price of each property will be when you find a property which appears cheaper this should avoid a nasty surprise later. Some agents will tell you that they do not know the exact Notaires fees to add on ,this figure can very easily be found and is just used as a way to advertise a property cheaper that it actually is.
We are very happy to give you a complete breakdown of all the fees on any of our properties at any stage , please ask.
