We are an English agency fully registered in France working in conjunction with a French Immobilier whose family has been selling property in the Limousin region for four generations.

We also work direct with a Notaire who is the leading specialist in the whole of the Limousin in the tricky laws covering inheritance tax and can advise you on the best ways to purchase your property.

Our office is based in Thouron near the village of Nantiat, our properties can be found in the Haute Vienne(87)department of the Limousin and in the departments of the Vienne(86) and the Charente(16) and we also often feature properties from other French regions.

Our office is only 30 mins from Limoges airport with flights to and from the UK using Ryanair who fly from Stanstead daily, Liverpool  and East Midlands. Flights are also available from Southampton to Limoges with Flybe .
